Spent the morning in Ipanema at the Hippy Market, lunch nearby in Manoel e Joaquim and then back to Copacabana for a bit of beach time in the shade at the end of the day.  We both agree that we prefer the Copacabana beach as it's bigger, less crowded and with lots more to see.
