Making Chili

My siblings (I am one of six) were all talking about the different chili recipes they were using a couple of weeks ago.  My older brother sent his along- my Mom's chili with his twist.  So I am in the process of making it. And it is a LARGE recipe (probably because we were a family of 8?) but I was bound and determined to put it in my new expensive pot.  It barely fit.  It does look good.
