Derelict Sunday

I thought a contribution to derelict Sunday would be quite easy. Well, not really. A number of potential sites when visited revealed that the farmer/land owner had either demolished or tidied up. My contribution today is a somewhat derelict farm building and has had the ground around the building cleared. I wonder whether this is in preparation for the building being re-furbished?
