The first day back at work seemed to go on for a very long time. It was the first day that the office was open after the Christmas break so I was not the only one feeling the back to work blues which definitely helped. Even more helpful though was the blue sky and crisp air tempting me outside for a lunchtime walk. Now that I have a Fitbit again and have no thesis to blame, I am hoping to get back to being more active - let's see if I can keep it up!
