Going Round the Twist....

Some kind friend bought me a spiralizer for Christmas.

For those of you who don't keep track of that kind of thing, it's a device into which you bung an ordinary carrot, or courgette, and out it comes, like.......an ordinary carrot or courgette. But spaghettified! (Yes, I am aware that's not a word!)

Now. Whilst I'm genuinely grateful for any gifts I'm given, I have to ask the question..... WTF for????

A courgette is a bloody courgette. Turning it into something all twirly and cute won't make it one iota more interesting!
