Drip drip

Lovely sleep last night which was needed, hubby at the gym and so the boy and I had a nice cuddly morning.

Started sorting some bits out, got to try and get to post the boys thank you cards and some parcels this week.

I rang to check the visiting times in new ward then went to see her as the boy wanted to play with daddy on the wii u. We decided it's best for him not to see her how she is, he was quite brave but scared of her bruised swollen face. We have had to talk to him about what may happen to her if she gets better or if she doesn't so he isn't shocked and he has been really good.

Grandma was a tiny bit brighter today in that she seemed less sleepy and asked me about people. She still is very poorly though and was hooked up to fluids and antibiotics for 24hrs. The bone specialist came and confirmed she has a break at base of thumb so is putting a splint on. She was also saying her legs hurt. She had eaten breakfast but not lunch but I fed her a cake I took her and she enjoyed it but didn't manage it all. She then fell asleep so I woke her to say bye.

Home to a yummy cooked roast dinner and played lego with the boy which I must also blip as he made some fab stuff.
