Christmas Eve

*** Back Blipping 16 days******

We were up and busy pulling things together early.  The Hubby arrived from his Crab Boat excursion, and showered up.  We were soon on the road.  

We arrived at The Hubby's parent's house, for a day of fun, food and games.  (presents, too!)  I hung out with the kids.  Well.....Sugar was the youngest...so it was more like the teens.  We played Uno, and Spoons!  Oh man, Spoons was a blast.....so many great laughs.  

There was too much food, and lots of merriment.  Sugar wanted nothing more than to get this sweet little Betty Lou doggy to love her, but Betty Lou was shy...and must have thought that Sugar was trying to steal her soul, because she hid under the Christmas tree most of the day.  (she was actually scared of our big lovely dog, Ivy, the most.)

We shared presents....and more food...and then headed to our individual homes.  It was a memorable Christmas Eve.
