Post-xmas cheer

The house can look a little bare once all the decorations are down and a bunch of flowers can go a long way to help us with the transition to more austere times.  The roses look splendid and there are lilies to come.  And they are very useful when looking for a blip in the darkness.

Time to look seriously at the seed catalogues.
