Grey Skies

Early start to go for a run with the Cani sport group. Very hard work after running last night as well. Defiantly not fit enough yet to run three days on the trot. J waited in for the cleaner who didn’t arrive and then started to clean the flat instead of going to the gym. Stopped off on the way back to get a new bike rack for the tow bar. Took Kilda for a big run on Portie beach before going up town to meet some friends for my birthday drinks. Was good to catch up with them. RD took us to a great little local’s bar we didn’t know about. J and FM went back to get Kilda only to find her limping out of the bedroom. Not sure what she has done. They stayed in to be with her as she couldn’t have walked to the pub. Back to ours for a final dram.
