Broken bubble frozen in time

Did the 1day12pics challenge today and this is one of my favs. I was trying to get a bubble to freeze but as they always do they pop just as the bottom starts to freeze. Played with extension tubes and mini tripod to get this. I am learning. The rest of the pics are over on Flickr(booklover61)
