Frosted leaves

The temperature was hovering around freezing when we were out walking in the forest this afternoon. I was wearing new gloves, which I unfortunately discovered weren't that warm - it took me quite a while to warm up sufficiently so my hands weren't cold. We stopped and did some grocery shopping on our way home, and by this time it had started to drizzle, and by the time we got home our driveway was already beginning to feel a little slippery - definitely an evening to stay safe and warm at home!
