More Bedtime Stories

After all our visitors had left this afternoon, the weather was miserable and there was little opportunity for blipping so, after yesterday's blip, here are some more bedtime stories, the ones currently adorning my bedside table.

I'm two thirds of the way through Revelation, the 4th in the Shardlake series which has me equally enthralled as Sophie & Lucy were yesterday.

The Plains of Talavera is the latest historical novel, set during the Napoleonic Wars, from the pen of a former teaching colleague and fellow Old Git.
