Winter colour on Aylesbeare Common

Today was the first walk of the year with the local walking group.  A large number of us turned up for this 6 mile walk over the Commons around Newton Poppleford.  It turned out to be quite an exhilarating walk as the weather stayed dry, the views were good and it was good to catch up on friends Christmas activities.
