Into the woods

#Veganuary day 7

Saturday, nearly a week of vegan completed and no slip up yet.

Brunch today I tried out the Vegan Egg I got free at the Vegan Beer Fest, it was past it's best before date but I live dangerously! I felt surprisingly nervous but it was actually ok.

Dinner I went with a tried and tested roasted vegetables and pasta, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil on salad topped with a vegan Quorn filler, and a glass of vegan wine. Cheers.
