Pooped

Arrived safely back in HR this morning before 7.00 am after a sleepless night and this young man looks like I felt .... knackered.
I had to wait until 1255pm for my onward coach journey and then a crash on the M4 delayed the journey but thankfully we made up most of the time lost so pulled into B'ple just before 6.00 pm. 
Washing on, supper eaten (thanks to a kind friend leaving me a meal) and off to bed for a long sleep.
