The Complete Set

The original Abyss is a very complex Imperial Stout from Deschutes, aged in Bourbon barrels, and released once a year -- beginning in 2006. It gets rave reviews on RateBeer. This year there was a very limited release of Abyss aged in Scotch barrels and brandy barrels. 

I haven't tried these yet -- I still have a few different vintages of the original Abyss.
