Moon, Venus and the Castle

In the afternoon, I go out for my first ride of 2017. Its a lovely day.

Getting home, I go in to town to get a diary, didn't receive one for Christmas, and also some coffee, possibly cake as well. I decide to get a diary first, but the first shop is shut. Coffee it is then. The café nearby is full. The next café has a free table. Coffee and cake. Yum.

I walk down Lothian Rd to Princes St, only because I just missed the bus. I check Waterstones first, but no real joy there. Up to Paperchase, and they have a diary of the brand I want, but a bit larger than I wanted. Ah well.

Down to Princes Street to get the bus home. The Moon is out, so is the planet Venus. Looks good next to the castle.
