Biscuits

RZ came round again, and this time brought wee J, who was mostly interested, as previous blips have shown, in the chocolate biscuits.

This came towards the end of a day where, frankly, I did nothing. Zilch. Consequently, this has probably been the first almost completely painfree day I've enjoyed since the operation. I decided it was worth it. I'll be back on the walking routine tomorrow.
