Moon Flowers

Some consider moon flowers to be a sort of weed, but I think they are quite elegant. It is also interesting how they open and close each day. We saw some today on our walk (my sister, her dog, and I). I often see them by the beach-side blackberry bushes at home.

They also remind me of a time when I was besotted with the show Sailor Moon and the romance and magic the show recalls for me, even now.
