Abstract Thursday -

A last fanfare from our indoor Christmas tree before it comes down tomorrow.  This is actually much more attractive than the real thing - we will do better next time with a bigger tree and new decorations.The blue and white lights will stay, though. The outdoor one has turned off by the time I got around to blipping and it was -9 degrees ouiside when our dinner guest left. The extra shows the pork fillet coated with seeded mustard, wrapped with prosciutto surrounded by caramelised pears and red onions drizzled with maple syrup ready to go in the oven. It was delicious.
