Long stalk

Well, this entry should be for today, 6th Jan, but I didn't notice that yesterday's entry went out under today's date.  For some reason Blip won't let me change it, so here's today's entry, down as 5th Jan, very confusing.

Anyway, bud still not out, but here you can see the length of the stalk.  I hope a few of you notice this as a back blip.
