Tiresome Boydog

Pilot has to stop and roll in whatever this is on our walk every day. You'd think the invisible something would wash away eventually, but no. Such a goof, skinny little turdlet. He really frustrates me the way he pays absolutely no attention to me outside unless I have a toy in my hand. He's a very fun dog, just not as easily trainable as I hoped he would be. Inside, he is sweet and gentle and loving (when he's not wreaking havoc with the cat or wanting me to throw the ball), but outside, unless I engage him in some game, he is off being a gross boy sniffing and rolling and peeing on things. Maybe this will improve as he gets older. Maybe he will always have his own agenda.
