A photo day.
The whole day Herman and I were out and about photographing.
Herman had a day off from work and I'm in the final days of my Christmas holiday.
First we went to Bakkeveen (Frisia, NL), but unfortunately there was less hoar frost / snowy conditions then predicted. After that we had lunch in Zoutkamp (Groningen, NL) and went to the National Park Lauwersmeer looking for Konik horses and Highland cattle. No horses but plenty of cows. Several portraits were made there.
For our final location we went to the harbor of Lauwersoog where we ended up in the dry-dock. Herman asked for permission to enter the dock. Great shooting for a wee hour, with lighting conditions that got better by the minute.
All and all it was a great day. Thanks Herman for the invitation to join!
