The First of 2017

This pump is the first installed in 2017 and one of three today.
It is in the village of  in Calhngumbe the Chamalaza area about 11km from the factory
It is 9.6 metres deep and will serve 176 villagers who were drinking polluted water from a pond. 
They had pumps in the area but with falling water tables the pumps could not work with increased depths and so have not worked for over seven years
