Notes: Up and started day w/ some yoga. Into St A's office by 9a for website changes and updates. Back around noon, quick hr at the pool and then ecHQ call. Back out for a little beach time. Talked to Larry, packed more. Small happy hour and then Shirl & I combined leftovers and shared dinner of pulled pork, rice, sauteed greens and cauliflower something. Nice night and to bed early ... exhausted again.
