Making bracelets...

We arrived safe and sound after an 11 hour drive....& I need a drink!! The roads were packed with semi's whose drivers seemed determined to play leap frog! One driver would pull out into the passing lane & proceed to drive at the identical speed of the driver he was attempting to pass, causing a huge long line of cars to congregate & slowly crawl along for several miles until the semi finally passed the first one & pulled over! All the cars would pick up speed & pass the trucks, only to have it repeated by the next set of semi drivers!
On the up side, though, we counted 26 hawks just in southwestern Missouri--i've never seen so many in just a couple of hours! The girls got home from school right after we drove in, so we had to head right up to the playroom to make bracelets!! :))
