Break

My session into New York from Rio had all sorts of tech issues on the client side that took 58 minutes to resolve.   The planned session duration was set for 3.5 hours so my heart and energy fell a little as I sat through the systems set up which included a switch to another computer.   Still, it was a great session at the end of the day and the client was very happy.   During a bio break I took this shot from the window which always lifts my heart and recharges my batteries.
