Mac-rose

Nothing is safe from my new macro lens. This is a rose in a bouquet which is way past its best and really needs putting in the bin.

I was back to work today at a Child Protection Training morning. It was nice to see everyone and we managed a quick catch up over coffee before the course started. It's one of those courses you have to do regularly and it always makes for uncomfortable listening. It struck me that every time we do it there's more on the agenda. Years ago we didn't have to cover online grooming and today we learned about looking out for signs of extremism and preventing radicalisation. Heavy stuff.
What I need is a bit of mindless TV with self obsessed, barely literate celebrities arguing amongst themselves. 
Ah, Celebrity Big Brother. Perfect.
