Still Pelican Days

Couldn't resist this creature against the cloud-filled sky. Note the steely eye. Variations on the pelican theme seem limitless. As an extra I post a brush and ink drawing of pelicans in flight which was one of three drawings sold to be Christmas gifts for three beloved daughters. Had a lovely time drawing on my bed. Something I have discovered is a calm and comforting way to make art.
