A Southwold Mystery
Received this book for Christmas. I've not yet read 50 pages and it feels a bit slow going at the moment but I hope it picks up. The style of writing and setting of the story is Agatha Christie-esque and there's already been one murder. I have high hopes for more :)
It's set in my favourite holiday town but of course nothing as violent and uncouth as murder ever takes place in the real Southwold. There maybe a bit of queue jumping at the local beach cafes and a bit of beach hogging, maybe a bit of a look when someone is pipped to a coveted parking space. But never a murder.
That said, the holiday letting companies seem to make a killing every summer...
