Porpoise watch

Our local group,Seatrust , organised a Porpoise watch from the old buildings at Stumble Head yesterday. Unfortunately they failed to spot any and blamed the weather. Today with much better weather I went out to Stumble,with 2 of the grand children, and recorded exactly the same result. The best picture i took was of the little Robin who decided to sit on a gorse bush directly in front of me.
Then I was approached by a distressed young lady whose boy friend had been inside the old building, that Seatrust use for their watch events, and struck his head on a piece of steel in the roof. i loaded them into the car as he was obviously in pain and feeling sick, and took them to the surgery in Goodwick.I hope he received appropriate treatment as the surgery has no full time doctor relying on locumn staff to provide health services for the local residents let alone walking wounded.
