By the Canal

Into town this morning and a lovely bacon sandwich at the market cafe. Only one problem the market was freezing, there was no heating!
A lovely walk to Foxton this afternoon as it was so muddy we walked down the bridle path. It was cold and windy so we didn't walk to our usual bridge.
I'd seen the swans in front of the cafe and just as we were walking back to bridge 61 saw them behind a boat. I was delighted to catch one spreading their wings and managed to get the shot although it is obscured by a branch.
We stopped for a lovely hot drink and a biscuit for energy to get back up the bridle path. Saw sunshine in the distance but it was too far to photograph well.
Am going home tomorrow so hope the motorway behaves!
