Cocktails and Concussion

Today we went outside. LB and I went outside together. Nine thirty AM sharp at the gym for the induction! Glad I went out yesterday to prepare myself. However the rest of the day felt like we were saying goodbye to all of the tempting and glutenous things in the house. INCLUDING all the ingredients left over from our New Year Cocktail party. Pina Colada it was, with the awesome Will Smith in 'Concussion'; fantastic film that all of the USA should watch!
