Happiness !

Geocaching again today. Enjoying life.

Three hours walking in partly tricky terrain, headed to five geocaches, out of which I found only two... Lovely -7c with mild snowing. Great weather. Slippery paths yes, but I had steel stapled shoes.

Felt so sporty and fit after recovering from the long influenza and flu season (hit very hard into our family a month ago. And the influenza is overall in Finland right now, hospitals fully booked...).

And I was so tremendously happy because as after a long time I really could walk this long trips. With No Pain, with no painkillers. Had my Back on track -knee supports that I have been using two months now. A huge help: No such a terrible pain anymore in knees. I also have this new daily straight leg - gym for knees and the medication, which I am not yet sure to continue...

So there I was, enjoying life, climbing up and down on the forest hills seaching geocaches in the woods covered by snow and frost. Tomorrow will be -18c, so maybe a shorter trip then.

I just had to publish a smiling selfie so that I would remember this day. This moment. The happiness.

The photo is from my early walking hour today, I had already put my beanie into the backbag and used hood instead, as I was feeling so hot. At selfie time my hair was not yet frozen, but later it was all white and snowy frozen too.
