A Warm Glow!

We spent the day with our friends, helping them to eat some of the Christmas and New Year leftovers!
Up until the house we are now living in, we always had an open fire, something we now miss, although the dust and the chopping of logs and so on, I do not miss! This fire is a gas one but nevertheless it did emit a warmth and gave the room a focal point.
