Home-Made Cake

After several really hot, humid days, heavy rain and thunderstorms last night brought the temperatures down ten degrees or so to 24C (feeling really cool!).

As it was finally cool enough to turn the oven on, I made cake to take up to the grandchildren tomorrow.
