Baking and stuff

My titles really are dreadful. Sorry about that!

Our last day of the summer holidays (excluding the weekend) as we all return to reality on Monday.

Taking Nancy (her doll which she hasn't looked at for over two years) to the shops and letting her sit in her own mini trolley.

Baking Easter gingerbread biscuits - don't ask. Olivia did all the rolling of the dough and cutting out on her own which was very good. She also did all of the decorating herself which was not so good and very messy.

Cycling - we encountered a problem with her bike which despite my best efforts could not be solved with a spanner.

Pretend tea party.

Pretend nurse and patient - she managed to bandage my hand up, test my reflexes with a hammer (ouch), shove a syringe in my mouth and stick a thermometer under my armpit. Felt terrible afterwards.

A fairly pleasant day with periods of irritability - I think we're both ready to get back to school now!
