Happy new year

After a great night bringing the new year in at A'desk's, we started the morning at church listening to some members of the congregation testifying about God's faithfulness in their lives through the highs and lows of the year past. Amazing stories.

Eubers and I then took MP up the Campsies. She was totally energised - I think the gusty wind may have been contributing! I found it a bit of a tricky climb as the wind was nearly picking me off my feet - apparently it was quite amusing !!!!!! Hmmm

The wee star of today's photo is my friend's daughter's new puppy called Poppy. Somehow 'operation Christmas puppy' was kept a secret from her and Poppy arrived late on Christmas Eve. Poppy is adorable and would've easily fitted into my handbag. I resisted the temptation but I'll be back to see her very soon!
