New Journal

It's not really new. I bought this nearly 2 years ago while in Australia. I never used it. It's perfect for what lies ahead of me this year. Lots of things I want to achieve. Lots of things I want to do. It's all being written down in my little blue book.
I started today with a 4 mile run. I've eaten well. Didn't manage to eat before 7.00 which is something I'm aiming for. Haven't drunk anything alcoholic. Took time out to put my feet up and read.
Some of my New Years resolutions still need working on. I'll get there.
