Don't panic!

It is proving difficult to get the brain back in gear after the holidays.  There are reports to write and analyses to be done, but not today at any rate.  We walked for an hour and a half instead, part of it along the lough shore where these little birds (I'm afraid that I am ornithologically illiterate) were taking flight if they sensed any movement at all.
