Blowing the cobwebs away

We went for a long walk this morning over the hill from Penarth and across the Cardiff Bay Barrage. This is the view from the Barrage across to St Davids Hotel which for some years before the Barrage was surrounded by mud most of the time. It was freezing cold and a stiff breeze didn't help...except it helped to blow the cobwebs away.
