Leap Second

It's the end of the one of the worst years in modern history. One hopes that the new year must get better... To make the year even more annoying we got an extra second on the last minute of the year, to keep the clocks aligned with the earth's wobbly orbit and spin. Today's back blip is a bit staged, but so what....!?

By the way the reason it's a calculator is that since starting genealogy over the break it has proved a lot more useful for quick data calculations than the calculator on the computer - which I keep losing under other applications, and this old Casio fx-570CD (from my university days) just sits on my desk and is easier to find...
