Summertime.....

....icecream with festive sprinkles, picnics, swimming and strolling along the beach, reading a good book with the sound of the sea as a backdrop, some of the joys of summer.

It's become a bit of a tradition for our family to go to Gore Bay during the festive season. Today unfortunately there was a cold easterly rolling off the sea, not very pleasant in the open but nice in a sheltered spot. 

I'm slowly catching up with some backblips :)
