A blustery day

I walked the Island or most of it this afternoon around 3pm as the wind was so ferocious this morning I wasn't sure it was safe with all the falling branches. I couldn't walk the whole way on the high road (or rather I chose not to) as a tree had fallen on the power line and the whole thing looked rather precarious. The colours as the day comes to an end are especially beautiful. Purples, dark blues, pinks. Very vibrant as I looked across the tumbola to Galiano.
