Collards for money

Happy New Year!  

I prepared the customary New Year's Day dinner of Collards (for money) and black-eyed peas (for luck).  I love the leaves of the collards - and these were particularly nice - very fresh and quite tender (which is not always the case with Collard greens.)

We had beautiful weather and I took the dog out for a run - Now I am feeling very tired.  I am looking forward to bed tonight.
