Communication

I'm not one for New Years resolutions but if I had to make one it would be to work harder at being a better communicator - at work and in my personal life. Most of the problems we face could, it seems to me , be helped if we communicated better - and this includes accepting or trying to understand other people's points of view.

We walked with Isla and Jed from Islington through Angel, Finsbury, Clerkenwell and the Smithfield market down to the South bank for some lunch. Didn't do too much the rest of the day as yesterday's exertions have taken their toll. Wet day but weather looks better tomorrow.
