Celebration Cake

My eldest son Chris passed his driving test first time and my youngest Danny did well in his year 10 GCSE's - thought these were more than good enough reasons to make a Victoria Sandwich as a celebration cake. Danny & I had fun making this today, can't wait to eat a slice with a cup of tea in a minute.
