Happy New Year.

Today has been a wonderfully non-day. I picked her up just before 12, where she was snuggled on the sofa with BalletBuddy. they were looking all chilled and relaxed then bounced up and started bounding round the room. Apparently that was how the whole morning had gone. Flop-bounce-flop-bounce-flop. We stopped at Morrisons for some food for our empty cupboards. We succeeded in choosing today's meals. And six cadbury selection boxes that were 75% off and labelled as "Cheap Chocolate". Who can resist that?! 

We made lunch and snuggled down on the sofa with Glee the Tour on DVD (a pound shop bargain!) She then went and played for a couple of hours. I fell asleep on the sofa - a consequence of the excellent celebrations of my brother's wedding! She's watched the new  Annie this evening. It's much later than planned but she's going to do some clarinet then snuggle in bed. Today she is happily chilling out. Tomorrow I think the "I miss the panto" blues will kick in for her.
