Goodbye 2016

I waved goodbye to 2016 with champagne, curry, Jools Holland's Hootenanny and the great company of my best pal and her hubby.

Jools Holland's show provided amusing entertainment with some dodgy notes from Chaka Khan, a woman on stilts in a glittery suit who apparently had been a massive hit all year (where have I been?) and Sea Sick Steve in a John Deere tractor hat!?!

The weather progressed from fog to drizzle today and still feels much like a horror movie. Perhaps that's what's zapped all our energy!
