On top of the world

The last run of the year.
A few of us did some hill training today at 'Ingrebourne Hill' (the clue is in the name!
A nice steep hill that offers a great view of Rainham in Essex (an oxymoron if ever there was one) from the top on a clear day.
Today though was cold and foggy, but we still managed a good photo opportunity.
For those who think they are too old to keep fit, the 2 ladies in this photo are Pam who is 80, and Julia who is 62
